Your next big loss started two years ago

The signals were already there. A relationship going cold. A champion who left. Engagement that quietly dropped. By the time it showed up in your numbers, the decision was already made. SafeCast was built to change that.

The Problem

Revenue leaders carry the number. But they rarely see what is killing it.

The problem is not effort. It is visibility. Truth decays as it travels through an organization, and by the time a missed signal reaches the CRO, the damage is already done.

Of companies saw revenue decline after a CRO change

  • A living picture of every account, stakeholder, and trust signal across your book.

  • Churn risk, forecast distortion, and qualification gaps surfaced months before they move the number.

  • Every call, email, and meeting unified in one place. Not another dashboard. A real-time view of where every relationship stands.

  • Know exactly when and how to reach out. SafeCast tells you which relationships need attention today, not after the fact.

What we are building

A new operating model for revenue teams

SafeCast sits across the tools your team already uses and turns every conversation into a source of truth — so the right people always know what is happening, before it is too late.

We started with revenue because that is where the pain is sharpest. But the mission is bigger than any single product. The question is not whether AI will change how companies operate. It is who decides what it changes things into. SafeCast is our answer to that.

The Bigger picture

We are building for a world being reshaped by AI

SafeCast started with a specific problem: the relationships driving the most revenue are also the least visible. We solved it. But the mission does not stop there.

AI is changing what it means to work, lead, and build. The companies that adapt will generate the economic strength society will need to navigate that transition safely. We are here to build them.

The Founders

Built by people who have lived this problem

We have spent decades scaling revenue teams. We have watched great companies lose great customers because nobody could see the relationship deteriorating. We built the thing we always wished existed.

Jon Lee

Co-Founder and CEO

Jon Lee is a repeat founder and operator with multiple exits across software, data, gaming, and adtech. He has spent decades building and scaling revenue teams and watching the same problem surface again and again: the relationships driving the most important outcomes are invisible until it is too late. SafeCast is his answer to that. Built on the belief that AI should make human judgment more powerful, not less necessary, SafeCast is Jon's most deliberate bet yet, on trust, on truth, and on the kind of companies that are built to last.

Hank Li

Co-Founder and CTO

Hank Li is a senior engineer and operator with deep experience building at scale, including time at Meta and Edelman Financial Engines. As CFO and Co-Founder of SafeCast, Hank is the architect of the company's memory-native, evidence-first technical approach. Where most systems settle for surface level data, Hank's work goes deeper, turning fragmented signals from across an organization into a single, reliable source of truth. His conviction is simple: the best AI is not the loudest one in the room. It is the one that makes the people around it smarter.

Careers

Do work that still means something

We are assembling a founding team of people who want to build something important from the ground up. A+ people get paid A+ rates. No exceptions.

  • Backend, ML, and infrastructure. You want to build systems that matter at scale.

  • You think deeply about customer problems and turn them into great product.

  • Sales, partnerships, and go-to-market. You know how to open doors and build trust fast.

  • You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and make everything around you work better.

Do not see the right role? Apply anyway.

We care more about who you are and what you believe than what
your resume says. If this mission resonates, we want to hear from you.

Note for recruiters

We work with a small number of recruiting partners who understand what we are building. If that sounds like you, reach out.

Investors

The companies that survive the AI transition
will be the ones that protected their most
important relationships

AI is going to reshape how revenue is made, managed, and lost. The winners will not be the ones with the most data. They will be the ones who understood their customer relationships deeply enough to act before anyone else knew there was a problem. SafeCast is the infrastructure for that. We are early, we are intentional, and we are signing LOIs now.
