    You'll architect the memory-native layer that turns fragmented signal into a single source of truth. Real surface area from day one. Direct work with Hank, Jon, and the first customers.

  • You think deeply about customer problems. You turn them into product people actually want to use.

    You've sat with the messy version of a problem long enough to see the shape of it. You know the difference between what a customer asks for and what they actually need. You ship.

    You'll own product from zero to one. Shoulder to shoulder with the founders. Roadmap, research, rhythm. All of it.
